Short Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in IT Procurement to manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for IT hardware, software, cloud services, and technology-related assets.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete procurement lifecycle for IT products and services, including hardware, software, networking equipment, cloud subscriptions, and licenses.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers while ensuring compliance with organizational procurement policies and quality standards.
- Prepare and manage Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and service-level agreements to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, distributors, and technology partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of procurement requests.
- Review vendor quotations, perform commercial evaluations, and recommend the most suitable procurement options.
- Monitor purchase orders, track deliveries, resolve supply-related issues, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, invoices, and vendor documentation in compliance with internal policies.
- Support contract renewals, software license management, and vendor performance evaluations.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and procurement automation.
- Stay updated with market trends, emerging technologies, pricing strategies, and supplier capabilities.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in IT Procurement or technology sourcing.
- Hands-on experience procuring IT infrastructure, enterprise software, SaaS subscriptions, cloud services, and related technology products.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and vendor lifecycle management.
- Experience working with ERP or procurement management systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and vendor evaluation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple procurement projects while meeting deadlines.
- High attention to detail with excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other procurement reporting tools.
