Short Summary:
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineering Manager - Agentic Foundation to join Procore’s Product & Technology Team. This position requires developer productivity experience to achieve high velocity without compromising on quality in this critical functional domain.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, hire, manage, and develop high-performing teams focused on integrating agentic AI capabilities across the software development lifecycle.
- Analyze engineering processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Track key metrics related to AI SDLC and report on progress and impact.
- Drive the design, development, and adoption of foundational frameworks and tooling that enabled agentic workflows across Procore’s SDLC.
- Conduct performance reviews and career development planning for team members.
- Foster collaboration between the Agentic Foundation team and other engineering teams.
- Manage delivery of features using agile and scrum methodologies including all ceremonies.

Requirement:
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years experience managing software engineering teams.
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing solutions to improve engineering efficiency.
- Proficiency in SDLC process using agile methodologies including all ceremonies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coach, provide mentorship and guidance that aids team growth and development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, LLM-powered developer tools, or AI-assisted SDLC practices.
- Background in platform engineering, DevOps, or developer experience (DevEx) disciplines.
