Short Summary:
We’re looking for a talented Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead and evolve our Procore AI Platform, bringing the power of AI to the construction industry and expanding into new regulated and international markets.

Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy, execution, and ongoing operation of Procore AI infrastructure.
- Manage a high-performing team of software and infrastructure engineers.
- Lead the design and build-out of infrastructure (AWS and GCP).
- Partner closely with other Procore AI engineering teams.
- Ensure each zone meets its data-residency, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level objectives (SLOs).
- Collaborate across engineering and product teams to create infrastructure design documents.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in software development with a solid background in infrastructure and operations.
- 3+ years of experience managing diverse engineering teams.
- Deep knowledge of GCP, Kubernetes, and Terraform; familiarity with AWS.
- Proven track record building CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and excellent communication skills.
