Short Summary:
Procore is looking for a Product Manager to join their Documents team, focusing on building a platform that provides digital continuity across the full project lifecycle in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Document features end-to-end from discovery through launch, owning the full product lifecycle.
- Write clear, precise product requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Lead end-user customer conversations and translate findings into product decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to navigate technical constraints and UX trade-offs.
- Maintain a healthy, well-prioritized backlog and manage competing stakeholder demands.
- Support go-to-market launches with product marketing and enablement.
- Track post-launch adoption and use data to inform iteration and roadmap decisions.
- Develop a working knowledge of how enterprise construction customers use document platforms.
Requirement:
- 3+ years of product management experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS.
- Strong requirements craft: precise, well-structured, and unambiguous.
- Comfortable in technical conversations, data modeling, system architecture, and scalability trade-offs.
- Patient, systematic approach to complex product problems.
- Confident leading customer discovery and synthesizing insights into actionable product insight.
- Strong communicator across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
- Interest in the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) industry is a plus.
