Short Summary:
The Partner Enablement Manager owns the end-to-end capability of Procore's delivery partner network in Europe, accountable for onboarding new delivery partners, quality-assuring their engagements, and running ongoing upskilling programs.
Responsibilities:
- Run the existing onboarding curriculum for new delivery partners.
- Maintain onboarding materials, playbooks, and certification checkpoints.
- Own the ramp plan for newly onboarded partners.
- Maintain QA standards and scorecards for partner-led delivery engagements.
- Review partner deliverables and provide structured feedback.
- Track partner quality metrics and escalate gaps.
- Plan and deliver ongoing enablement sessions.
- Identify skill gaps and build targeted upskilling paths.
- Coordinate with internal specialists for training content.
- Partner with sales and customer onboarding teams.
- Feed partner performance insights into internal operations.
- Represent the partner enablement function in cross-team initiatives.
Requirement:
- Experience designing and running onboarding or enablement programs.
- Track record of building QA frameworks and using data for quality improvement.
- Strong facilitation and training-delivery skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales or customer success teams.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Familiarity with construction technology or SaaS delivery models.
