Short Summary:
We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager 2 to join Procore’s Product & Technology Team. You will focus on the tactical execution for Time Tracking and Equipment solutions, ensuring a world-class experience that meets customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Tactical Execution & Beta Management: Manage beta feedback of new features.
- Customer Engagement: Meet with customers daily to prioritize feedback and understand their needs.
- Product Delivery: Write detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Agile Leadership: Manage agile processes and maintain a prioritized development backlog.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure tactical work supports the long-term vision.
- GTM & Adoption: Work with Go-To-Market teams to drive adoption and ensure smooth product releases.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Align with delivery teams to develop and prioritize a roadmap.
Requirement:
- Experience: 2+ years in Product Management or equivalent, specifically in B2B SaaS products.
- Discovery Skills: Proficiency in discovery techniques and synthesizing customer feedback.
- Technical & Design Partnership: Ability to lead a "tripod" (Product, Design, Engineering).
- Execution & Ambiguity: Make informed decisions quickly amidst ambiguity.
- Delivery Momentum: Manage risk and dependencies for timely delivery.
- Whole Product, User-Centric Thinking: Collaborate with UX design for scalable solutions.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to evangelize product features.
- Construction Industry Passion: Curiosity about the construction industry and its complexities.
