Evaluate and improve business processes by analyzing performance data, developing metrics, identifying process gaps, and providing actionable recommendations. Support claims business operations through reporting, hypothesis testing, root cause analysis, and performance monitoring.

Requirement:
- Experience identifying, establishing, monitoring, and reporting on key business metrics
- Business performance analysis and communication
- Strong data analysis and reporting experience
- Ability to identify trends and perform root cause analysis
- Experience developing and monitoring performance metrics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred: Insurance and claims experience, financial services experience
