Short Summary:
Primer is the unified infrastructure for global payments, providing finance and payments teams with visibility and control to reduce complexity and improve performance. The growth team is focused on building a self-serve onboarding and platform experience for merchants, allowing them to integrate seamlessly and grow with Primer.

Responsibilities:
- Owning the strategy and outcomes for your product area, translating company objectives into a multi-quarter plan.
- Resolving ambiguity with evidence and judgment.
- Running discovery and an ongoing insight system for your area.
- Working closely with engineering on implementation and long-term technical direction.
- Setting GTM direction for your area, including positioning and pricing input.
- Making sophisticated trade-offs across scope, quality, and timing.
- Raising the quality of product thinking through clear decision documentation.
- Acting as a credible product voice with senior internal stakeholders and key merchants.

Requirement:
- A track record of owning a product area or substantial problem space end to end.
- Strong product judgment in ambiguous, high-stakes situations.
- Comfort working deeply with engineers on technical and architectural trade-offs.
- Evidence-led decision making using data, research, and merchant input.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and align conflicting interests.
