Short Summary:
Join the Security team at Primer, focusing on IAM, GRC, and Workplace Technology. You'll manage IAM provisioning, build automation, and partner with various teams to enhance access governance.

Responsibilities:
- Stabilise and own the IAM request queue as the company scales.
- Build and maintain SCIM auto-provisioning flows for day-one account setup across SaaS tools.
- Design and execute the IAM enrolment improvements roadmap.
- Partner with GRC to run automated access reviews and certification campaigns.
- Progress IAM-related technical debt and risk.
- Remove identity and provisioning load from Workplace Technology.

Requirement:
- Experience shipping identity or access management systems in production.
- Understanding of Okta, SCIM provisioning, and access review workflows.
- Comfortable building automation (Python, Go, or similar) and integrating tools.
- Strong operational ownership and ability to manage a backlog.
- Collaborative mindset with non-engineering functions.
