Short Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Research Scientist with technical experience in systematic literature reviews and/or indirect treatment comparisons for health technology assessment submissions. This role offers opportunities to work 100% remotely from Canada or the US.
Responsibilities:
- Development of deliverables (e.g., study protocols and technical reports)
- Handling day-to-day client communications
- Delegating and overseeing tasks completed by junior researchers
- Managing project components to ensure high-quality outputs
- Leading client calls and responding to emails
- Creating development plans and mentoring direct reports
- Contributing to the development of proposals and presentations
Requirement:
- Master’s degree in a subject related to health services research (e.g., health economics, public policy, epidemiology)
- 4-6 years of professional experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EndNote
- Proficiency in R/R Shiny is advantageous
