Short Summary:
Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice for women and children, focusing on providing care across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. They are building a network of experienced birth and full-spectrum doulas to support families during these transformative times.

Responsibilities:
- Educate and guide expecting and new families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.
- Improve birth outcomes by ensuring families feel supported and empowered.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation for visits and birth support.
- Follow applicable documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards.

Requirement:
- Completed certification and training as a birth and/or full-spectrum doula.
- Experience working as a doula with an understanding of pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with diverse families.
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms, video conferencing tools, and electronic documentation systems.
- Availability for virtual and in-person work, including evenings and weekends.
- Located in or able to serve core service areas in South Carolina: Greenville, Lexington, Spartanburg, York, Richland, Chester, Berkeley, Anderson, Horry, Aiken, Charleston, Lancaster, Cherokee, Abbeville.
