Short Summary:
Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform, enabling individuals to express views on real-world events. The People team operates with high autonomy, focusing on the full employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Owns the employee lifecycle experience — onboarding, offboarding, and exit process.
- Leads culture and engagement programming in partnership with Workplace.
- Designs and runs engagement surveys and translates results into program changes.
- Builds manager-facing infrastructure to reduce reliance on the People Team.
- Turns ad hoc programs into repeatable, budgeted processes.
- Manages vendor relationships and budget across events and reports on program impact.
- Runs the internship program independently.
Requirement:
- 3 to 5 years running people programs end-to-end at a tech company or high-growth startup.
- Direct experience owning onboarding or performance cycles.
- Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, and logistics across multiple programs.
- Strong program design instincts and a track record of tying people programs to measurable outcomes.
- Comfortable operating with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong written communication skills.
- (Plus) Experience supporting or building ERG programs.
- (Plus) Background in both lifecycle programs and culture or events work.
- (Plus) Familiarity with HRIS and survey tools like Workday, Lattice, Culture Amp, or similar.
