Short Summary:
As a Principal Product Manager at PointClickCare, you will contribute to the vision and strategy for operationalizing AI Models, define roadmaps, and drive execution to ensure success across the product portfolio. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of AI in healthcare and advocate for Responsible AI while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Understand and represent the needs of users for AI models.
- Create and drive product strategy and multi-year roadmap.
- Collaborate with Engineering, User Experience, and other product managers.
- Ensure successful adoption and support in product launches.
- Inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

Requirement:
- 10+ years in product management.
- Master's or higher degree in business, computer science, or healthcare-related field.
- Solid track record of managing large product lines and innovation.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive business results.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
