Responsibilities:
- Own the external communications strategy and build a founder-led comms function.
- Develop and execute a strategy targeting strategic customers and investors.
- Create high-quality content that reflects the founder's voice and vision.
- Establish AI-native workflows for efficient content production.
- Grow the founder's social media presence and engagement.
- Cultivate a network of champions to amplify Podium's message.
- Measure the impact of communications on mindshare and pipeline.

Requirement:
- Experience in communications, brand, or founder content at a high-growth tech or AI company.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously and protect the CEO's time.
- Strong media instincts and understanding of modern media ecosystems.
- Deep fluency in AI and current trends in relevant industries.
