The Data Platform team is building the next generation of enterprise AI governance capabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain AI agent governance capabilities across AI platforms.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI agent capabilities.
- Leverage AI coding assistants and development tools to accelerate delivery.
- Drive the evolution of core Identity Governance capabilities.
- Partner closely with Support and customer-facing teams to resolve customer issues.
- Monitor AI agent performance and security across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with teams to implement secure AI solutions.
- Document architecture, governance processes, and engineering best practices.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in Java application development.
- Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented design principles.
- Experience building scalable, distributed applications.
- Strong experience with Gradle for dependency management.
- Good understanding of performance profiling and application optimization.
- Strong knowledge of concurrent programming and multithreading.
- Familiarity with software design patterns and automated testing.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
