Short Summary:
Ping Identity is seeking a strategic and execution-focused regional Director of Professional Services to lead a region on our services team, driving bookings and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with regional Sales leadership to align sales and services strategy.
- Engage in pre-sales activities to position services value and drive PS bookings.
- Lead the creation of services proposals and staffing strategies for complex enterprise deals.
- Execute a “Partner First” strategy with strong delivery models and operational interlocks.
- Ensure high standards in partner-led engagements through onboarding and quality assurance.
- Own successful delivery of all professional services engagements across the Americas.
- Drive scalable delivery models that ensure quality outcomes and mitigate delivery risk.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of delivery managers and consultants.

Requirement:
- 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven ability to build strong sales partnerships and drive PS revenue.
- Experience with partner ecosystems and delivering outcomes in co-delivery models.
- Strong people leadership and organizational development skills.
- Experience with identity and access management (IAM), cybersecurity, or cloud platforms preferred.
- Ability to travel within the Americas up to 30%.
