Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 support for IT-related questions and issues from Ping Identity employees and affiliates.
- Triage and prioritize support tickets, performing problem analysis to identify trends and areas for service improvement.
- Support Ping’s Apple-first endpoint environment while troubleshooting Windows and Linux systems.
- Follow documented security and identity verification procedures.
- Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating articles.
- Manage software licenses at the end-user level.
- Handle IT hardware assets, including issuance, tracking, and maintenance.
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding process for employees.
- Support office technology and assist with facilities-related tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors for warranty repairs of IT assets.
- Work within ITSM and ticketing systems to meet SLAs and service quality targets.
- Collaborate closely with Systems, Security, and Facilities teams.
Requirement:
- 2–4 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
- Proficiency in supporting macOS and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and Linux desktop issues.
- Experience providing hardware support for Apple and Windows devices.
- Familiarity with Jamf Pro, Microsoft client support tools, and basic Linux administration.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Google Workspace administration.
- Strong awareness of security best practices in a helpdesk context.
- An AS or BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
