Short Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused People Success Executive to support employee engagement, people operations, and overall employee experience.

Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage onboarding, offboarding, probation, confirmations, promotions, and employee documentation.
- Performance Management: Support performance evaluations, feedback cycles, goal-setting, and follow up on development plans.
- People Operations: Maintain HRIS records, dashboards, reports, and ensure data accuracy across HR systems.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering Managers and cross-functional teams to support people initiatives and business objectives.
- Culture Building: Foster a positive, inclusive work environment and support employee well-being initiatives.

Requirement:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, Talent Management, or a related field.
- Experience managing employee lifecycle processes and supporting performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and drive people-focused initiatives.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and make informed decisions.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
