Short Summary:
The role involves acting as the program management and coordination layer between the Data team and internal Audit, Risk, Security, Finance, Compliance, and external auditors, ensuring audit readiness and maintaining necessary documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the program management layer for the Data team during audits.
- Own audit readiness as a continuous practice.
- Create and manage an inventory of audit tests and response playbooks.
- Maintain a catalog of data sources in scope for audit.
- Align closely with business stakeholders for guidance during audit activities.
- Implement tagging and governance processes for audit-ready datasets.
- Manage auditor data access roles.
Requirement:
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management, audit coordination, or data governance.
- Experience with SOC, SOX, IT general controls, or other regulatory audit frameworks.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in building inventories and documentation.
- Familiarity with data cataloging and governance practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
