Short Summary:
Responsible for managing a line of business serving and supporting Financial Institutions and Corporate clients, developing key growth strategies, and executing sales and retention strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales, relationship management, & retention strategies to deliver growth.
- Oversee and manage a team of sales & relationship individual contributors.
- Accurately forecast future sales and retention opportunities.
- Report to senior management on progress toward sales and retention goals.
- Represent the business at industry events and conferences.
- Develop lead acquisition and Sales Agent strategies with Marketing.
- Negotiate contracts in line with Legal direction.
- Participate in annual budget planning and monthly financial reviews.
- Partner with product management and relevant stakeholders to innovate and improve offerings.
- Provide coaching, support, and staff development.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
- Typically 5+ years of experience.
- Excellent listening and negotiating skills.
- Ability to communicate and influence all levels of the organization.
- Strategic/Critical Thinking, Leadership, and Presentation Skills.
