Technical Project Manager – Engineering / NPI

Short Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical or engineering background to take ownership of complex New Product Introduction (NPI) projects within an innovative manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end engineering and NPI projects- Developing and maintaining project plans, documentation, and reporting- Coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and stakeholders- Supporting product development, lifecycle management, and process improvements- Managing project risks, changes, timelines, and delivery challenges- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams- Driving improvements in project delivery methodologies

Requirement:
- Proven experience managing engineering projects or NPI programmes- Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams- Strong understanding of product development and lifecycle management- Experience working with OEM or Tier 1 customers- Formal project management training (PRINCE2, APM or similar)- Technical qualification (HNC/HND, engineering/science discipline or equivalent)- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills- A proactive approach with excellent organisational skills
