Short Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Operate as Founder's technical right hand, managing priorities and follow-through.
- Turn chaos into clarity by imposing structure in a fast-paced environment.
- Think long-term, mapping consequences of current decisions.
- Lead cross-functional problem solving and engage with engineering leadership.
- Own the leadership rhythm, designing and running the operating system for the leadership team.
- Adapt communication style to work effectively with C-Level and Directors across the business.

Requirement:
- Technically credible with a background in engineering or engineering management.
- Experience in running complex, cross-functional programs at a senior level.
- Exceptional communicator, able to adapt to different audiences.
- Long-term thinker, considering the future impact of today's decisions.
- Genuine interest in Web3 technology and its significance.
- Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Academically strong, with a high-caliber degree or exceptional track record.
