Short Summary:
Parachute Health is transforming post-acute care as the leading digital ordering platform for medical equipment and supplies, connecting health systems, health plans, and suppliers to help patients receive essential products at home.
Responsibilities:
- Design and run the company's execution rhythm, including operating reviews and accountability systems.
- Drive execution against the company scorecard and KPIs.
- Break ties, clear blockers, and sequence initiatives across departments.
- Translate strategy into the annual operating plan and quarterly commitments.
- Partner with the Chief AI officer to embed AI and automation throughout operations.
- Own end-to-end customer implementations and delivery economics.
- Improve customer support and service quality.
- Build operational infrastructure for scaling revenue and headcount.
- Serve as the CEO's primary operating partner.
Requirement:
- Proven execution discipline with experience in building operating cadences and delivery engines.
- Strategic foresight with the ability to anticipate constraints.
- Experience in SaaS, network, or healthcare-technology businesses.
- Depth in customer delivery, support, or client operations.
- Experience in scaling operations with automation and AI.
- High emotional intelligence and integrator temperament.
