Short Summary:
Parachute Health is transforming post-acute care as the leading digital ordering platform for medical equipment and supplies. The Chief of Staff will operate as a strategic co-pilot to the CEO, driving the executive agenda and scaling execution during a significant transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Architect of the Executive Operating System: Own the executive rhythm, manage the execution tracker, and ensure accountability.
- CEO Decision Facilitation: Prepare decisions with options and recommendations, manage information flow to/from the CEO.
- Influence & Alignment: Act as a bridge between the CEO, executive leadership, and board members.
- Special Ops & Crisis Management: Solve urgent and ambiguous problems.
- Enterprise-Grade Preparedness: Brief the executive team before critical meetings.
- Internal Product & Vertical Incubation: Translate product concepts into structured testing frameworks.
Requirement:
- Entrepreneurial DNA: Experience in starting a company or leading a major business unit.
- Experience: 10+ years in operating, strategy, and execution roles.
- Charismatic Leadership & High EQ: Ability to build trust with senior leaders.
- Ruthlessly Organized & Disciplined: Exceptional attention to detail.
- AI-Native Thinker: Fluent in AI tools and modern organizational models.
- Master of Structured Communication: Exceptional writing and thinking skills.
- Comfortable in the Storm: Thrive in fast-moving environments.
- Industry Knowledge: Background in Healthcare, regulated industries, or B2B SaaS is a plus.
