Short Summary:
Join Papa Community as a Senior Backend Software Engineer, where you'll help build a platform for virtual care for seniors, combining the autonomy of a startup with the stability of an established company.

Responsibilities:
- Build out the Papa Community platform, the operational backbone for the care team.
- Strengthen revenue cycle management pipeline through ongoing integration and improvement.
- Extend platform and tooling investments, including transactional email and customer support systems.
- Enable operational intelligence and automation for clinical decision support.
- Contribute to critical technical decisions and support engineering practices as the team grows.
- Own system reliability and performance for healthcare-critical workflows.

Requirement:
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails or Python.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with Elixir.
- Experience building and shipping high-quality work with reliability.
- Passionate about improving healthcare access and outcomes.
