Short Summary:
PagerDuty is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to join their Workday HRIS team, focusing on the design, configuration, implementation, and administration of the Workday ecosystem, including AI capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain Workday modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Onboarding, Benefits, Payroll, Security).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and drive user adoption.
- Lead review, testing, and implementation of Workday feature releases.
- Partner with stakeholders to configure and deliver AI-enabled features.
- Maintain data integrity across systems by running audits and correcting discrepancies.
- Engage with the Workday community to stay current on system and AI capabilities.
Requirement:
- 5+ years of Workday experience.
- Proficient with all Workday modules.
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity is a plus.
