Short Summary:
Oscar is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack to join their Engineering team, focusing on building reliable applications and infrastructure to enhance member and provider interactions with the healthcare system.

Responsibilities:
- Become the expert on your team's business and technical domains.
- Lead the planning, execution, and release of complex technical projects.
- Work with partners, product managers, and designers to solve challenging problems.
- Collaborate with other engineers to improve technology and apply best practices.
- Implement step-wise technical migrations of existing services and applications.
- Own small to medium features or infrastructure projects from technical design through completion.
- Work effectively across the codebase with appropriate guidance from code owners.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with impactful accomplishments.
- Experience with proposing, experimenting, and iterating on technologies.
- Strong understanding of practical application of CS concepts.
- Ability to write stable, correct, and maintainable code with little oversight.
