Short Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides HR support across the organization, ensuring alignment of people strategies with service line needs. This role focuses on delivering innovative workforce solutions, managing employee relations, and ensuring effective HR practices and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with department leaders to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Provide guidance on performance management, employee development, and team dynamics.
- Assist with workforce planning and advise on HR trends and retention strategies.
- Support HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency.
- Lead HR initiatives related to employee engagement and compliance with labor laws.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations issues and manage complaints.
- Administer employee leave programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on HR metrics.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR Certification (PHR, SHRM – CP or similar).
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner.
- In-depth knowledge of employee relations and relevant labor laws.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use HR metrics for decision-making.
