Short Summary:
Join ORCA Group as the first engineering hire in the new Revenue Operations team, focusing on automating manual processes across Sales, Customer Success, and Support.
Responsibilities:
- Build automations integrating APIs and monitoring workflows.
- Own automation across the commercial process from lead to churn.
- Replace manual tasks with automated workflows.
- Implement AI agents and automations across the customer lifecycle.
- Manage API integrations between Salesforce, Zendesk, Zuora, and other tools.
- Monitor and track costs for LLM-based workflows.
Requirement:
- Production coding experience in Python and/or TypeScript.
- API integration experience and direct LLM API use.
- End-to-end ownership of production automations.
- Experience with monitoring, error handling, and data privacy.
