Short Summary:
AI Engineers build and operate systems that turn data, documents, models, and AI services into useful applications and workflows, focusing on systems engineering around AI behavior.
Responsibilities:
- Build document and content pipelines that apply OCR, parse layouts, extract and validate information.
- Develop predictive, classification, recommendation, natural language, computer vision, or decision-support services.
- Create search and knowledge applications using retrieval and traceable references.
- Design workflow and agent-based systems with scoped tools and audit trails.
- Implement evaluation and operations capabilities for models and supporting software.
Requirement:
- Foundation in software engineering, including programming, APIs, testing, and version control.
- Experience with structured or unstructured data preparation and validation.
- Understanding of AI and machine learning, including model selection and error analysis.
- Experience in production reliability and operational practices.
- Judgment to match evaluation and documentation to system context.
