Short Summary:
Processes consumer and mortgage loan applications to closing, providing quality service to loan officers and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Processing applications and preparing documents
- Recording liens
- Providing professional, prompt, efficient, and accurate service in loan processing
- Reviewing mortgage and consumer loan files for further processing
- Creating loan files and completing support documents
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements
Requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Banking experience and working knowledge of loan processing preferred
- Requires accuracy, customer service, communication, and regulatory compliance skills
