Short Summary:
The Operations Manager is a key part of the Regional Operations function for the agency, working closely with the Head of Operations to formulate business strategy, design policies, coordinate operations, and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in rolling out & managing regional initiatives that maximize efficiency across our network.
- Support the implementation of Global program rollouts in a regionally tailored fashion.
- Identify, develop, and implement process solutions and workflow patterns.
- Implement global processes & best practices that boost productivity regionally.
- Train teams in the effective use of all proprietary and licensed workflow & analytical tools.
- Provide daily ad-hoc operational support to on-site and Hub teams.
- Ensure a positive experience for internal and external stakeholders through clear communication.
- Take responsibility for excellence in operational service and personal presentation.

Requirement:
- A minimum of 5 years in either Account / Project Management or Agency Operations.
- Demonstrated history of being both process-driven and result-focused.
- Comfortable working in a Global setup across regions, cultures & time-zones.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage and filter workflow, organize and prioritize workloads.
- Proficient in Adobe CC, Microsoft Office, and other related software.
- Self-motivated and a collaborative team player.
- Proven ability to communicate and liaise with all levels in the business.
- Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies.
