Short Summary:
The Ohalo team is looking for a sharp and mission-driven Product Manager to join our Technology team. You will collaborate with engineers to break features down into prioritized backlogs and take ownership of defining, prioritizing, and accepting the work delivered by the pods.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and the product roadmap
- Create product plans and roadmap items for our two product development pods
- Communicate and build awareness for new and upcoming features internally and externally
- Produce feature specifications and review product requirements documents (PRD)
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
- Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
- Track product use and impact on end users
- Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
- Co-develop product pricing and positioning strategies
Requirement:
- Experience as a Product Manager for products destined for use by Software Engineers, Data Professionals, or ML Engineers
- Proficiency with modern AI tooling like agentic coding, MCP servers, and AI platform building
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
