Short Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Software Product Manager to help define software products, tools, and developer experiences that enable next-generation connected devices. This role is ideal for a recent university graduate who enjoys both technology and business.
Responsibilities:
- Help define and maintain software product roadmaps for embedded software, developer tools, middleware, and software ecosystems.
- Gather and analyze customer requirements, market trends, competitive information, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical capabilities, product tradeoffs, schedules, and priorities.
- Translate customer and business needs into product requirements and feature definitions.
- Assist with prioritization of software features and backlog management.
- Support product launches through creation of presentations, product collateral, training materials, and technical content.
- Present recommendations, analyses, and product proposals to cross-functional teams and management.
- Track industry trends in embedded systems, IoT, artificial intelligence, connectivity, security, and software development tools.
- Work with ecosystem partners and open-source communities to help drive adoption of software platforms.
- Contribute to long-term software strategy and product differentiation initiatives.
Requirement:
- Recent BS or MS graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 0-2 years experience.
