Summary CMP Equipment Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment within a cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical and problem solving skills, works effectively in a team setting, and supports continuous equipment performance improvement. This is a factory-based position supporting the CMP equipment team and requires working in a cleanroom environment while wearing appropriate cleanroom attire and personal protective equipment (PPE). Key Responsibilities • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CMP fab equipment • Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions to eliminate recurring tool failures • Improve system performance to meet process requirements and increase tool reliability • Monitor, analyze, and interpret tool performance data • Recommend and implement improvements to maintenance procedures • Partner with engineers to design and execute equipment improvement projects • Clearly communicate equipment status during daily verbal pass down meetings • Provide clear, concise written communication to engineers and technicians across shifts More information about NXP in the United States...
