Short Summary:
The Enterprise Architect - Agentic AI and Delivery Lifecycle will define and lead the enterprise architecture for the company's adoption of agentic AI across Product, Software Engineering, and Platform Engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and govern the Agentic Delivery Lifecycle (ADLC) for agent design, development, testing, approval, deployment, production access, and monitoring.
- Define the adoption roadmap across Product Management, Software Engineering, and Platform Engineering.
- Architect, implement, and govern enterprise agentic platforms, ensuring secure model access and data protection.
- Define standards for reusable agents, skills, workflows, and orchestration.
- Establish budgets, quotas, and controls for enterprise agentic workloads.
- Lead architecture for the Agentic AI Center of Excellence and build training and certification programs.
- Define governance for agent ownership, accountability, and ongoing operation.
- Define measures for adoption, productivity, cycle time, and employee experience.
Requirement:
- Significant enterprise, solution, or platform architecture experience.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise AI or agentic AI platforms.
- Strong knowledge of large language models and agent orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with agentic development tools such as OpenAI Codex and GitHub Copilot.
- Understanding of AI risk, model governance, and regulatory compliance.
