Short Summary:
N-iX is looking for a Senior/Lead Data Analyst to join their team, contributing to one of Europe's leading online automotive marketplaces. This role involves driving data-informed marketing decisions and supporting strategic business initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Responsibilities:
- Support strategic integration and M&A initiatives by assessing existing data landscapes and integrating marketing data from acquired businesses.
- Partner with business, product, engineering, and analytics teams to identify integration requirements and establish scalable reporting solutions.
- Design and implement scalable data models and pipelines within the client's Data Lake.
- Build and maintain engaging dashboards to monitor demand, user acquisition, and marketing efficiency.
- Collaborate with analysts to evaluate performance across key platforms and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Contribute technical expertise to deep-dive analyses and executive reports for senior leadership.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to increase the efficiency and quality of analytical work.
Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, ideally within online marketplaces or B2C/B2B digital businesses.
- Experience supporting large-scale data integration projects, mergers and acquisitions, or complex organizational integrations.
- Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience building data pipelines and ELT workflows using tools such as Airflow and dbt.
- Strong experience with BI and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Amazon QuickSight, Power BI, or similar).
- Deep understanding of Google Analytics and major advertising platforms.
- Proven track record of independently leading cross-functional analytics initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
