Short Summary:
Ninja Van is a tech-enabled logistics company on a mission to provide hassle-free delivery services across Southeast Asia. Launched in 2014, it has become the region's largest last-mile logistics company, delivering over 1,000 parcels every minute.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Prepare offer letters, probation contracts, and onboarding for prospective candidates.
- Support other departments in hiring both blue-collar and white-collar workers.
- Perform full life-cycle recruitment and assess reference checks.
- Lead employer branding initiatives on social networks and expand candidate sources.
- Connect with educational institutions and job introduction centers to develop regional candidate sources.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and networking skills.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, ATS platforms (e.g., Lever), and recruitment channels.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment compliance and employment practices.
- Good command of English.
