Responsibilities:
- Support client transactions in the group life and disability sector of an Insurance company.
- Upload documents to member files.
- Enter data into member files.
- Generate barcodes to catalog documents.
- Evaluate received data to identify errors, inconsistencies, and omissions.
- Meet productivity standards according to the learning curve.
- Navigate through various tools and validate transaction feasibility.
- Assist with special projects as requested.
Requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred).
- User experience with good working knowledge of the Office Suite.
- Comfortable with technology and good typing speed.
- Strong English and French written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
