Short Summary:
At NavVis, we build mobile mapping devices that operators use to capture and process spatial data. This role covers both the UI and backend stack, allowing you to work across the full stack from Angular and TypeScript to Python and C++.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain the UI application for NavVis VLX, NavVis MLX, and other mobile mapping devices using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Develop the Python and C++ backend for sensor integration, communication, and data visualization on Linux-based devices.
- Design and build the client-server architecture connecting high-performance robotics computations with an interactive web interface.
- Collaborate closely with in-house UI and UX designers to shape the mobile mapping experience.

Requirement:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including web application development.
- Strong experience with Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript, including testing frameworks like Playwright or Cypress.
- Strong Python skills and solid knowledge of Linux systems.
- Experience with C++, Java, or similar languages is beneficial.
- Exposure to robotics, handheld or embedded devices, or sensor systems is a plus.
- Interest in mobile mapping and spatial data through relevant projects or work.
