Short Summary:
NavVis is looking for an Associate AI Operations & Technology Specialist to work directly with the Head of AI, Data & Systems, taking ownership of strategic projects and initiatives related to AI.
Responsibilities:
- Own follow-through on meetings, decisions, and initiatives, turning conversations into action items.
- Take ownership of special projects from scoping to execution and reporting.
- Build lightweight tools, dashboards, and automations using AI-assisted development workflows.
- Prepare briefings, analyses, and presentations for leadership.
- Connect work across teams, helping unblock stalled projects.
- Improve team operations by identifying AI tools and automation opportunities.
Requirement:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a fast-changing environment.
- Technical mindset with comfort in working with data and tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and no-code/low-code tools, or scripting in Python or JavaScript.
- Basic data analysis skills and strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated ownership and follow-through on tasks.
