Short Summary:
Narvar is looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to shape the future of their products, owning the design for key features that impact both retailers and their end-customers.

Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the end-to-end design for key product initiatives.
- Work through the entire design lifecycle, from discovery and research to detailed interaction and visual design.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define requirements.
- Uphold design quality and consistency, leveraging the design system.
- Clearly communicate design concepts and rationale to the team and stakeholders.
- Act as a role model for other designers, participating in design critiques.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio.
- Strong product sense and ability to translate user needs into design solutions.
- Detail-oriented with proficiency in all aspects of the design process.
- Proactive collaborator with experience in cross-functional teams.
- Clear communicator of design choices and thought processes.
- Experience with AI tools and proficiency in modern design tools like Figma.
