Responsibilities:
- Drive high-impact enterprise deployments by embedding on-site with enterprise customers.
- Build production-grade automation solutions tailored to each customer’s environment.
- Identify when a bespoke customer requirement should become a reusable node improvement or product feature.
- Contribute reusable learnings, workflows, and patterns to an internal playbook library.
- Deliver time-boxed customer engagements with clear outcomes.
Requirement:
- Strong engineering background with full-stack or backend experience.
- Integration-building expertise with custom nodes and APIs.
- Customer-facing confidence and solution design skills.
- Willingness to travel roughly 50-60% of the time for on-site engagements.
