Short Summary:
N26’s Corporate Governance team is looking for a Corporate Governance Administrator to manage the senior administrative functions behind our Management Board operations, collaborating with C-suite leadership, Finance, Legal, and Risk.
Responsibilities:
- Organise, schedule, and prepare materials for Management Board and committee meetings.- Review and edit incoming meeting materials for clarity and formatting.- Take official meeting minutes and maintain secure digital archives.- Coordinate document approvals via digital signature tools.- Work closely with C-suite EAs, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Risk teams.- Facilitate documentation for onboarding new Supervisory and Management Board members.- Keep committee Rules of Procedure and internal governance guidelines updated.
Requirement:
- 5+ years of executive admin experience supporting senior leaders or board operations.- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.- Strong organizational skills and experience handling confidential materials.- Proficient in digital approval tools and document management.- Bonus: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or experience in financial services.
