Short Summary:
As the Senior Solutions Engineering Manager, Product Specialists, you will lead a team of category specialists to improve category attach, lift win rates, and strengthen technical validation across the field. This role involves people leadership and operating-model design, focusing on hiring, coaching, and defining team engagement with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Product Specialists aligned to strategic solution categories.
- Define team charter, engagement model, and handoffs with various teams.
- Build a coverage and prioritization model for specialists.
- Coach the team on discovery, demo strategy, objection handling, and technical validation.
- Ensure specialists create reusable plays and serve as escalation points on strategic opportunities.
- Establish operating rhythm for the function and partner with Sales Ops and SE leadership.
- Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to act as a voice of customer.
- Hire and onboard specialists with deep product or industry expertise.

Requirement:
- 8+ years in Solutions Engineering or related customer-facing role, including 3+ years of people leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree a plus.
- Strong foundation in Solutions Engineering, including value-based selling and technical validation.
- Experience with overlay teams or shared-service field functions preferred.
- Ability to operate cross-functionally and improve operating models.
- Comfort working in ambiguity and establishing new functions in fast-moving environments.
