Short Summary:
We're looking for a Performance Analytics & Insights Analyst to help us measure what matters using People data, performance metrics, and statistical tools to drive performance and improve workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
- Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs).
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify patterns and trends.
- Build and maintain real-time dashboards using Google Sheets and Looker.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to shape strategy.
- Suggest and implement data-driven solutions for process improvement.
- Collaborate with People teams and stakeholders to promote data accuracy.
- Use predictive modeling to identify top talent and future workforce needs.
Requirement:
- Proficient in SQL, advanced Excel, and data visualization tools like Looker.
- Strong foundation in statistics, including regression and predictive modeling.
- Ability to communicate complex data clearly to various audiences.
- Experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or related Data Analysis roles.
