Short Summary:
We're looking for a Cost Performance & Analytics Specialist to lead the Cost Efficiency Team’s digital transformation, helping build scalable processes, governance, and automation that support Monzo's next stage of growth.

Responsibilities:
- Build the future Finance operating model by redesigning processes, governance, and ways of working.
- Lead Finance transformation initiatives from idea through to implementation.
- Eliminate manual work through automation, partnering with Finance Data and Technology teams.
- Design simple, well-controlled Finance processes that meet Internal Audit and regulatory expectations.
- Own Finance's model/process documentation and standards.
- Drive continuous improvement using data, identifying process bottlenecks, and implementing solutions.
- Partner across Finance, Data, Technology, and the wider business to deliver change.
- Improve the quality of Finance data and planning models.
- Manage the Finance change portfolio, coordinating multiple improvement initiatives.
- Help build a culture of operational excellence, coaching colleagues on best practices.

Requirement:
- Finance transformation experience with a proven track record of leading cross-functional change.
- Process improvement expertise and project/change management skills.
- Automation and technology mindset with the ability to identify manual processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Data governance and control knowledge.
- Analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for operational excellence.
