Short Summary:
As the Site Leader, you will serve as the senior leader of our Texas City manufacturing facility, overseeing a team of approximately 40 employees and managing a $10 million operating budget. This role is ideal for a proven manufacturing leader who thrives on building strong teams, driving change, and delivering measurable business results.

Responsibilities:
- Ensures site compliance with all safety, health and environmental laws, codes and standards.
- Provides leadership to drive continuous EHS improvement.
- Establishes employee performance expectations and ensures they are met.
- Develops annual and multi-year budgets targeting performance improvement.
- Manages site capital planning and spending to improve cost and profitability.
- Ensures timely delivery of quality products to customers.
- Manages the quality management system (ISO 9001).

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical discipline or relevant employment experience.
- 10+ years chemical manufacturing experience and 5+ years experience as a people leader.
- Demonstrated experience leading manufacturing operations with accountability for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance.
