Short Summary:
Conduct/Promote Enhancement activities related to "Safety" at the Ohta Site.

Responsibilities:
- Promotion of safety activities at the Ohta Site
- Formulating annual safety activity plans, supporting their implementation, and evaluating results
- Promoting education on safety standards and ensuring they are fully understood (e.g., training and awareness-raising activities)
- Analyzing workplace accidents and "near-miss" incidents, and implementing measures to prevent recurrence
- Investigating root causes using methods such as "5 Whys" analysis and incorporating findings into safety standards
- Developing and improving hazard prediction activities (KY) and safety checklists
- Setting safety activity goals and managing progress
- Fostering a safety culture and promoting continuous improvement activities

Requirement:
- Must possess the communication skills to drive operations while building trusting relationships, acting as a bridge between frontline staff and the management department
- Understands relevant laws and regulations (such as the Industrial Safety and Health Act) as well as internal standards, and is capable of implementing and embedding them within the workplace
- Proficient in using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create documents, analyze data, and prepare training materials
- Want: Experience in safety and health operations within factories, plants, the manufacturing industry, or construction sites
- Graduated from a university department or program specializing in chemistry
- Possesses English proficiency at a conversational level
