Short Summary:
Mollie is evolving from a payment processor into a full financial services provider. As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will shape the CI/CD infrastructure that drives continuous integration, developer workflows, and deployment pipelines, ensuring stability, scalability, and efficiency across platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the health, stability, and scalability of CI/CD infrastructure to support Mollie's product delivery.
- Monitor and respond to outages in those systems to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Develop, scale, and implement strategies, guidelines, and governance of CI/CD systems.
- Optimize CI/CD compute and storage usage while keeping developer experience in mind.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to CI/CD tooling.
Requirement:
- Good grasp of CI Systems and hands-on experience with Gitlab or similar.
- Some experience with cloud-native Deployment and GitOps solutions.
- Prior experience with at least one major cloud-based provider and Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Comfortable running, monitoring, and developing systems on Kubernetes.
- Good problem-solving and investigative skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain clear documentation.
